TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Pursuant to this Agreement, GenerationX-Solutions, Inc. (123FreeTravel.com) of 1809 SOUTH BROADWAY, SUITE P, MINOT, ND 58701, and its "Clients" shall agree to the following terms and conditions. 1.) As a client you are purchasing a membership to 123Free Travel Club. Your membership entitles you to a travel discount card only. Any and all other benefits you receive are free gifts and have no monetary value. 2.) GenerationX-Solutions, Inc. (123Free Travel Club) makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall GenerationX-Solutions, Inc. (123Free Travel Club) be liable for incidental or consequential damages. 3.) 123Free Travel Club membership fee is non-refundable, all sales are final. Any charge backs initiated will be considered fraud and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 4.) GenerationX-Solutions, Inc. (123Free Travel Club) is not a travel agency and does not book, sell, broker or facilitate travel arrangements in any way. All travel vouchers provided by GenerationX-Solutions, Inc. are free gifts and a fulfilled by third party travel agencies. 5.) In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits. 6.) GenerationX-Solutions, Inc. (123Free Travel Club) reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately. 7.) The relationship between GenerationX-Solutions, Inc. and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Dakota. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of North Dakota and the federal courts situated in the State of North Dakota in connection with any action arising between the parties. 8.) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in effect. 9.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the client warrants that he/she is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that he/she cannot enter into a binding contract.
